    the staff was a bit slow to respond! but the spa had amazing treatments and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. also, the food was delicious, especially the breakfast selection.

    Great hotel with its excellent spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and friendly staff. I still remember the help I received with currency recommendations on my first stay. Highly recommend for total relaxation!

    Ambiance of the hotel.I have stayed at the hotel on several previous trips to Israel and I recommended it to others.

    I felt hotel was overbooked for the staff it had. The Dinner hours became problematic with seating.The staff seemed to be in a hurry to clear the tables.Certainly very different form my other previous visits to the Spa.I had with me 4 other guests from Canada, who checked out early!! Too bad.

    We found the Spa most restful and restorsative of spirit and mind with an excellent service to match. The food and dining generally was of the highest quality. A place to return to whenever possible. Spa services as experienced also superb.

    Thanks a lot for the special stay with superb service. The staff are amazingly attentive, they keep the place spotlessly clean. The location is amazing and the food is fab. The piano bar is nice, enjoyed this place.
